Norma Washington
Her versatile calling allows her to train, teach, preach and assist
in all areas of the establishment and progress of churches and ministries. Prophetess Norma is currently including
in Preach Woman Preach Alliance a ministry area designed to offer women of God,
who are called to all areas of ministry, the opportunity to be covered by a "seasoned"
Woman of God and glean wisdom. She has a desire to "escort" women of God into their destiny and callings.
Although she has walked and operated in this calling for years, she has recently submitted to be installed
as a "Bishop" (an overseer of leaders).
To better serve the "called women
of God" Bishop-Elect Norma Washington will serve as a Spiritual Covering and Overseer for:
(1)
those women who know they have a calling and are operating in ministry but feel alone or isolated in ministry;
(2) those women that sense a call but have not stepped out because of lack of information or direction;
(3) those women in established ministries that simply want to join with other women in ministry for spiritual
support & fellowhip and
(4) she will offer training, licensing and ordinations for those women that
have a call to ministry.

 Prophetess Norma Washington was called along with her husband,
Bishop Ben Washingon, over 16 years ago to pastor God’s people. In addition to co-laboring with her husband,
she has founded the Women Healing Women Center which continues to take women from Pity to Power and Norma Washington
Motivational Ministries which is causing men & women to believe that “nothing shall be impossible with
God”. She travels this land motivating the people of God as a “motivational speaker”
and "prophet" strongly teaching and preaching in the areas of "faith" & "finances".
 She recently authored her first book "Saturday Morning Sisterhood" which is proving to be a valuable tool in the lives of people going through the transitions
of life. This book is a blessing to those that discover that "just when you think you
are losing your mind; God may just be renewing your mind"!
Prophetess Norma was anointed and called by God as a proven "five fold" ministry gift to the body of Christ. This
woman of God preaches with power, teaches with "simplicity & understanding",
flows in the prophetic with a "now" Word, wins souls as an evangelist
and instructs leaders through an apostolic anointing all while pastoring at Walk By Faith Empowerment Center in Maricopa, Arizona.
Prophetess Norma has a preaching style that causes the devil to shake in
his boots each time she speaks... because she will preach the hell out of you (if you have any in you)! She is
affectionately referred to as "Ms Pastor" because of her ability to wear many "hats" in ministry
without losing her femininity and humility. She is an example to women and young women that being a woman is a precious
gift and that submission is power and that neither should be compromised.
